Returns
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference once the 12-hour cancellation period has passed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable.

After reviewing and approving the issue, we will provide either a replacement or a refund depending on the customer’s preference without requiring the item to be returned.

Lost Packages
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout, please contact us. An additional waiting period of up to 5 business days may be required to allow us to investigate the issue with the shipping carrier. If the order still cannot be delivered after this period, a replacement or refund will be provided depending on the customer’s preference.

Refunds
Refunds or replacements will be offered for damaged items, defective products, incorrect items, or packages lost during transit after the issue has been reviewed and confirmed by our support team. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be in production and cancellation may no longer be possible.
